The substantial research of China Health Communication began at the beginning of this century and built in western paradigm basis. After nearly 10 years of exploration, the Health Communication concept and research framework have confirmed from initial, but not specific and accurate. As a new field of research, the established routines are far from enough.This article adopts critical discourse analysis in Health Communication at the first time, critical discourse analysis isn't critical, but to peep through various health words behind potential power and ideology, and the relationship between them. As a pioneer of the move, it can deepen the Health Communication theories, also can provide reference for our country's undertaking medical system reforms.The first chapter discusses the purpose, significance of the research and the established routines, The second chapter generally relates the professional course of Health Communication and it's concept, topics, the position of China in the study. The third chapter briefly introduce the critical discourse analysis's framework, method and function, In the fourth chapter it analyzies one of the top healthy news in 2008——the early reports of Lin guangchang eventand two professional newspaper jiankangbao&jiankangshibaoconcreately. The research launches with three dimensions——text, discourse practice ,social practice and the research methods are critical discourse analysis compared with sampling statistics, logic.analysis.The total research shows that: the posture of Health Communication in China is changing the direction from dictatorship to commercialization and humanization. All of them becomes the forcast of inner explosion in China Health Communication. The mass media awares of its function ,at the same time,it makes the discourse turn to commercialization and hegemonization.,The media operator starts to exchange economic and political capital with the discourse power but they lack of reflexive. In order not to let alienation of cognitive threatening the people's health, a healthy media handlers and researchers should maintain "professional" moments of identity consciousness , discard the captivation of power and interest,and use independent temperament to make and spread healthy discourse which can make the individual adjusts well to politics,commercial and culture.
