Research On The Strategy To Promote National Reading Of Zhuzhou Government

The report of the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward "promote national reading".From 2014 to 2016,"advocating universal reading" was written to Premier Li Keqiang's report on government work.In 2017,report on government work put forward "promote the national reading vigorously",national reading has been promoted as a national strategy.This paper analyzes the foreign governments' efiforts to promote reading and the strategy of the Chinese government to promote national reading.It is certain that the government's strong promotion of national reading is the global trend and the necessary requirement for the quality of all people.This paper investigates the situation of zhuzhou city from reading,reading consciousness,reading resource usage and reading satisfaction four aspects.It analyzes the main measures of Zhuzhou goverment to promote national reading and then find out problems and reasons.The local government how to fully perform their duties and effectively promote the nationwide reading,this paper gives some advices.The advices including strengthening policy support and increase financial input,strengthen infrastructure construction,give play to the role of farm house,integration of reading resources.It is expected that the measures proposed in this paper can provide reference for the government of zhuzhou city in formulating the reading policy for the whole people.
