In recent years,health records have developed rapidly in China,and health archives have been set up in various parts of the country.While the health archives are facing new opportunities,it also appears that information transmission does not meet the relevant standards,information island,information security and other problems to be solved.Experts at home and abroad are committed to solving these problems,but ignore the shortcomings of the existing health archives system.Doctors are now seeing a patient and the patient can only carry a lot of paper materials.But in the actual process,patients may be lost this material or the data will be wear and tear,it is necessary to re film.Although the health record system due to different hospitals,different system constraints,can not be patient data by the doctor,leading to health records the data cannot effectively use.And the data of each system which is a great variety of input,and the patient needs to input too much data and feel poor experience.Therefore,we put forward a self-service health record system based on picture format.Users can create health records for themselves or family members(doctors,users,but also for their patients),manually take pictures,upload related medical data,pictures and store them.When users visit a doctor,they only need to carry cell phone and send image data to doctors.The system provides remote consultation services,and solves time and geographical restrictions,which is very convenient for patients to seek medical treatment,doctors see a doctor,and save manpower and material resources.The system is in line with DICOM and other relevant international standards,effectively solve the existing health record problems,and enhance user convenience and operability when entering data,in order to contribute to the development and perfection of health records.
