Design On The Health Cloud System Under The IPv6Protocol-based And Security Policy

With the rapid development of medical information technology, electronic healthrecords (EHR) service is playing a key role in medical development. However,currently we still do not have a good solution to solve this problem.Using electronic health records service as a point, this article focus on a variety ofEHR service models in China, and briefly designs a new EHR service model. Thismodel includes regional health platforms, hospital health platforms and hospitalinformation systems.In the first place, the article introduces the structure and function of regionalhealth platforms, hospital health platforms and hospital information systems. The coreof the health system,electronic health records service are discussed in detail anddesign.Then, the article discusses the reasons that why this system choice IPv6.Andthere is a simple introduction to the cloud platform technology and the potentialproblems.In addition, there will be a example to show how this system works. This articlediscusses key issues of this health system, electronic health records files naming rulesand service interface in the system.Finally, the article discusses the security issues of this system. It introduces thePKI authentication techniques and designs a new authentication techniques for healthsystem.Through the discussion and design of electronic health records services, I hope itcan help the followers.
