A Study On The Construction Of The International Communication Capacity Of The Yunnan Gateway

In the country "The Belt and Road" strategy background,to promote the construction of international communication ability,tell a good story Chinese,is an important strategic measure of the Central Committee of the CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping at the core.General secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the periphery has very important strategic significance for our country.The media in the border area has unique advantages in the spread of the surrounding area,so we cannot ignore the role of the media in the frontier areas.The emergence of new media has changed the monopoly of information in western countries to a certain extent,and realized the true sense of global communication.For China and other developing countries publicity work,this is a new opportunity.It is of great practical significance to promote the international communication power and influence of our country by building new media and promoting the international communication capacity of new media in frontier provinces and regions.Yunnan province is one of the frontier provinces of China,Chinese is oriented south and Southeast Asia bridgehead,has an important role in the national portal "The Belt and Road" strategy.This paper,taking the new media of Yunnan's foreign communication," Yunnan gateway " as the research object,uses the theory of international communication and media management,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,interview and case analysis to spread the international communication of the " Yunnan gateway " from the two aspects of the communication force construction and the influence construction.The research and analysis of the capacity construction is carried out to analyze the current situation and problems of the communication basis,the information control of the main body,the content construction,the use of means,the audience and the effect analysis,so as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the international communication capacity of the " Yunnan gateway".
