The audio book market is one of the fastest growing areas of the publishing industry,and the rapid development of audio books is inseparable from the rise of mobile radio in the era of "everyone can speak".Starting from the profit model,this paper explores the development status of mobile radio and the accumulated experience in expanding the profit model by using literature research method,case study method and questionnaire survey.After the market of mobile radio went through the competition of the users in the field,as the capital market cooled,it left a typical industry representative.Himalayan FM,the Koala FM,the Litchi FM mobile station in content distribution and business development always walk in the front-end industry,based on the business model of the Himalayan FM App,for example,to analyze its profit model.The article reviews the current profit model of the Himalayan FM App and summarizes its profit model as follows:community economy model,advertising marketing model,content + channel linkage model,research and development derivative product model,and paid listening model.At the same time,analyze the characteristics of its profit model:high-quality content is thesource of the expansion of profit models;technology upgrade is the premise to create a new profit model;opening the industry chain is the key to achieving diversification of the profit model.Based on the case study,the author proposes the strategic enlightenment of the audio book profit model:When the audio book expands the profit model,it must output content,increase user stickiness,and increase the liquidity of content;at the same time,it must extend the value chain of audio books to create diversity.The profit model;In addition,since the rapid development of the media,audio books have to strengthen copyright protection and improve the review mechanism.With the expectation that audio books will maintain their own interests,they will radiate other industries and form a virtuous circle of linkage.
