In the era of the rapid development of modern science and technology,science and technology have penetrated into every aspect of our lives with a touch of silence.Information as explosion,the high-speed transmission of information,promoted the accelerating transformation of the university library in China,the traditional concept of "to book for this" to adapt to the new trend of The Times,into the new development of "people-oriented" concept,the library is actively use the new media environment to serve the broad masses of students.As a representative of the new media: WeChat,because of its convenient operation,low cost,user principals younger,more college students is of many advantages,such as using rate and the spread of colleges and universities in our country more than any other messaging tool.In its traditional service mode of university library based on the use of micro letter convenience and advantages in the field of service,actively opened the micro letter service,for the majority of teachers and students in colleges and universities library collection resources and information provides an efficient and convenient way,to provide personalized service of teachers and students in the important channel.WeChat service user experience in university library is the whole experience of using WeChat service in the university,which determines the service quality and user satisfaction of the library.Therefore,in order to better serve We Chat public platform for university students,we should actively participate in the research and research of WeChat service user experience.This study first for micro letter and micro believe the concept of public platform,user experience were summarized,then using the method of network research,find the hubei province university library micro letter and focus on the public,statistical micro letter no.The public opening of university library,and USES the WCI(V12.0)index computing method,manifests the public university library micro letter,the overall heat and development trend.Literature research method,based on the model of user experience both at home and abroad,accord with the actual situation of university library construction WeChat service user experience model,and the integrated use of questionnaire and structural equation modeling,model research hypothesis.The questionnaire was designed and distributed,and the questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS21.0 software,and the results of the empirical results showed that the user experience of university library was estimated by model fitting.The empirical analysis concludes that user demand,functional demand,structural demand,visual demand and emotional demand have a direct positive impact on user experience.Finally,the author WeChat service in university library are proposed according to the results of the study should be combined with the user experience,from the user requirements,functional requirements,structural requirements,visual needs and emotional needs WeChat Angle to improve library service quality,so that higher efficiency of the university library serves the masses of students.
