The Communication And Control Of Wechat Food Safety Rumors

With the widespread use of Wechat application,food safety information ha s become the hardest hit areas of Wechat rumors.There is an old saying “Fo od is the first necessity of the people”.Food safety has become a leading concer n for the common people,because it is related to our direct benefits.For the past fe w years,the wantonly spread rumors about food safety has a negative impact on t he users.one hand,not only does it bring psychological panic,but also it distur bs their behaviors.on the other hand,it has serious negative impact on China's fo od industry development,and it poses a threat to the stability and harmony of th e whole society.The Wechat food safety rumors are these original or often reproduced,un confirmed food safety rumors,which produced and spreaded by Wechat.The main research problems of the paper is to put forward some suggestions about how to regulate health information by analyzing the user's motivations and su mmarizing some text features of the Wechat food safety rumors.Based on statistical analysis of 118 pieces of food safety rumors,which c omes from “Rumor mill”on Wechat between 2015 and 2017,research conclusions are as follows:first,the length of the rumors is obvious;second,the use of t he punctuation in the headline is incorrect;third,the rumormonger makes use of the identity of the wechat users for emotional mobilization;fourth,rumormon ger use the semantics to create an atmosphere of terror;fifth,the rumors takes advantage of a great diversity of communication means;Sixth,the rumors hav e the obvious seasonal characteristic;seventh,the source credibility is unreliable;lastly,there are more false advertisements at the end of rumors.Then,the “c rayfish rumors”is s case study of what it takes to analyze the features of rum ors in the four stages of latent,including explosive,dissipative and repetitive.Fi nally,we should establish a multi-pronged arbitrage system,improve the readin g experience of texts,promote defamatory techniques,optimize arbitrage times,sort out the rumorss in different stages and other measures to build a good,cl ear and communication environment.
