| Although the number of WeChat public platforms is increasing,we are still in the preliminary stage of exploration.Due to distinction the different archives in their WeChat public platform construction of capital investment,human matching,and the development direction of cognitive difference between WeChat,the development level of archives public platform is mixed.This needs us to formulate a set of scientific and feasible evaluation index according to the actual situation,to evaluate comprehensively according to the evaluation criterion,so as to promote the public archives of WeChat according to the feedback results of the effect of service work.Paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,and it mainly introduces the research background and significance of Archives WeChat Official Platform,introduces the relevant concepts related to the thesis,research status at home and abroad,the research thought and framework,and research methods and innovations.The second part mainly introduces the construction status of Archives WeChat Official platform in the national archives.The third parts is by consulting milar discipline evaluation system and experts,scholars,and combining with the selection principle of evaluation system to construct the evaluation index,and finally calculating the weight and assignment by using AHP.The fourth part is to select the evaluation object to carry on the index system evaluation,and statistics the analysis result of each index,and then analyze the result.The fifth part is the summary and outlook of this paper,and summarizes the research results,points out the shortcomings,and looks forward to the future research direction and practical work.The innovation points of the thesis are divided into two points.On the one hand,the theme of this research is novel.There are few evaluation system currently building,and mainly focus on viewpoint based on service quality of user perception.This article is a comprehensive evalution of the archives WeChat official accounts,and it will be more objective and comprehensive compared to the existing research results.Secondly,the analytical method is novel.This article sets up a set of suitable evaluation system of WeChat official accounts of archives based on analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of summary and generalization and reference to related research,combining with WeChat official accounts construction situation of archives,this article carries out the various levels of rationalization assignment and conducts revelent empirical research. |
