The rapid development of mobile Internet technology to promote the popularity of the mobile intelligent terminal,which not only greatly changed the way the public communication,also deeply affect the diversification of mode of transmission of information resource.We Chat is a mobile instant messaging software that is the starting point of social networking.It is rapidly promoted by the huge user base accumulated by Tencent.WeChat public platform is the function module of WeChat,which has been widely used in many fields as information release and function development platform.At the same time,university libraries also actively carry out services based on We Chat working platform.So far,however,due to various universities library micro letter to the understanding of the public platform and resource input,etc.There is a big difference,so,although the account opening have mushroomed,but uneven quality of service provided.Facing the micro letter public platform in university library there are all kinds of problems in the operation,construction,targeted to carry out scientific,comprehensive and systematic evaluation,to discover problems,find solutions,promote the micro letter service all-round development in university library,is one of the focuses of current development.It is the innovation point of this paper to propose a set of applicable evaluation model system based on the Precedencechat method,which is selected as the evaluation research object of WeChat public platform of university library.This paper is mainly divided into six parts: the first part introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and illustrates the research methods and innovation points of this paper.The second part,first of all,the paper suggests that the concept involved in the main content is through the online survey method,WeChat public platform in university library at home and abroad,the operational conditions were investigated.The third part is to use the literature analysis method to propose the evaluation index system of WeChat public platform of university library,and explain the indicators accordingly.The fourth part is one of the core content of this article,introduced and applied to optimal sequence diagram method of each evaluation index weight calculation,and ultimately determine the optimal sequence diagram method based micro letter public platform in university library evaluation system model.The fifth part is the application of the model,the selection of henan province three colleges and universities library micro letter public platform as the research object,using a questionnaire search of reader user satisfaction score,and statistical analysis of data as a result,the comparative analysis of existing problems,and put forward the corresponding Suggestions.The sixth part is the summary,reflection and prospect of this research.
