In recent years,there are various of Cultural television programs appeared on television,culture has been heating up,against this background,Cultural and emotional type programs were born.It was called "Fresh water" by audiences,which was praised a lot by people.In 2017,Cultural and emotional type programs has became a "phenomenon" level TV programs due to high audience rating and good reputation,in addition to above,They also attract Special attention between Chinese academic circles and the industry.The study took the audiences of Cultural and emotional type programs as the object of study,such as TV program "the reader" made by CCTV,"letter alive",made by HeilonngjiangTV.Based on user ratings,the study target and reached key audiences,and detailed analyse the audience composition and the audience characteristics;the audience's acceptablepsychology of Cultural and emotional type programs.Many excellent Cultural and emotional type programs based on receiver-oriented and key audiences,it toke suitable audience strategy.On one hand,Culture and Emotional type program met audiences,interests and satisfied their expectations.On the other hand,it kept suitable psychical distance and made audiences resonate with programs.And meanwhile,it had elegant aesthetic taste and warmth energy.The successful experience of Culture and emotional type programs has great significance for same type of programsHowever,the hot Cultural and emotional type programs have their limit.Firstly,the program types have not enough plentifulness,it can't excavate excellent Chinese cultural elements.Secondly,it need increase two-way interaction and can't meet audience's expectation.Thirdly,it is difficult to deal with the relationship between cultural and emotion,and so on.So we must pay enough attention and think more.and in this study,The Author points out problems of Cultural and emotional type programs by analysed,and tries to give effective suggestions.First of all,the cultural and emotional type television programs must hold audience-oriented.And then,need to balance the relation between cultural and emotion,and try to excavate excellent Chinese cultural elements.And final,to make suitable audience strategies and upgrading versions.
