Kunming Airport achieved 325,000 flights/year and 46.98 million passengers/year.However,it puts forward higher requirements for the safe operation of flights at Kunming Airport.In the absence of coordinated decision-making,there are often erroneous operations or decisions may not be made at all,and participants may make conflicting decisions because of missing or different information.However,the use of a cooperative decision system at Kunming Airport is an important means to ensure the safe and efficient operation of its flights.To this end,the design and implementation of the Kunming Airport Cooperative Decision System was proposed.The system adopts dual-redundant Ethernet supporting TCP/IP protocol.In J2EE platform,based on JAVA language,coding and development are carried out through Spring MVC framework and Hibernate framework,and it manages the database data storage.The main and backup systems are implemented in the system,and emergency response measures are also considered.The system reserves the excuse for data exchange with the terminal via the ATM network,facilitating the aggregation and distribution of data in the territory in the future.The system's database is an Oracle database.The system mainly implements flight plan coordination,flight plan operation statistics,flow control information management,flow control information template management,airport parameter configuration,and custom display configuration.The flight plan coordination completed the display of flight schedules,dynamics,sorting data for the flights,recorded flight departure times,recorded flight clearance times,recorded flight runway data,entered flight seat data,coordinated flight task types,coordinated flight advance clearance times,and coordination flight time and other functions.Flight plan operation statistics complete the flight plan dynamic histogram,flight plan dynamic pie chart,flight plan delay bar chart and other functions.The flow control information management completes the functions of issuing flow control information,managing flow control information,and controlling the flow analysis.The flow control information template management has added functions such as adding flow control information,finding flow control information,deleting flow control information,and modifying flow control information.Airport parameters have been configured to complete the runway template settings,runway dynamic settings,runway default settings,airport parameter settings and other functions.Custom display configuration completes flight plan coordination table configuration,flight operation statistics display configuration and other functions.The application of the system can ensure the fairness,impartiality,and efficiency of the coordinated release of flights at Kunming Airport;realize information integration and provide an information exchange platform for each flight operation support unit;increase the large-area flight delay module to ensure it is still effective to carry out delays in the restoration and release of large-scale flights when a large areaof flights occurs at Kunming Airport after delays.
