Airport is a public infrastructure that plays an important role in the national economic and social development. In the new era of rapid integration between "Internet plus" and various industries, the informatization of airport service management at present is low, and the efficiency and quality of airport service management needs to be improved. To solve these problems by using Internet plus technology, this article reviews the status-quo and the existing problems of China's airport service management, and establishes an Integrated Service Management Platform for Passengers at Shenzhen Airport from the perspective of intelligent airport.In the introduction part, this article reviews the relevant research materials home and abroad, analyzing the background and the significance of this research. Then, in the application part of the theory, it studies related theories of wisdom airport and airport service management, laying down the theoretical base for this study. In the next part, the article reviews the status-quo of the service management at Shenzhen airport. On the one hand, it analyses the gap between Shenzhen Airport and other excellent domestic and international airport, finds out the factors to enhance passenger satisfaction, and raises specific measures to improve service management. On the other hand, it analyses how the new technologies improve the airport service management and raises suggestions on technical improvement. It also analyses how to use advanced technology to support service management. At last, the article establishes an Integrated Service Management Platform for Passengers at Shenzhen Airport, in order to further improve the informatization of Shenzhen airport. It studies the system requirement analysis, and designs the system architecture and related basic platform with the implementation plan.This article has two aspects of innovation. First, it optimizes the airport service management process from the perspective of intelligent airport. Then, it establishes an Integrated Service Management Platform for Passengers on the base of the current situation at Shenzhen Airport, better serving the airport service process management and improving the airport service management.
