Design And Implementation Of "FREEFORM" Realestate Protocol Open Platform Based On Customized Template Engine

With the rapid development of China's economy,the consumption level of the general public has greatly improved,and the real estate transaction market has become extremely popular.Under the background of "Internet +",a large number of real estate enterprises have emerged,there are some companies such as Lianjia,Anjuke,SoufangWang occupy most of China's mobile real estate service market.However,at present,the real estate transaction contracts mostly use offline paper,the transactions form is that customer signed contract with realtor,then the contract data is manually entered into the real estate brokerage company management system by realtor.There are many hidden troubles in this form of transaction,the most prominent is that the data consistency and real-time performance cannot be guaranteed.Also,it has greatly affected the signing efficiency.This paper aims to use the existing mature software engineering theory and technology to implement an online open platform for online-signing in real estate transaction.It provides a unified open interface,allowing various businesses with signing requirements to easily implement a series of complicated functions such as creating contracts,editing contracts,validating contract data automatically,stamping and signing contract online,etc.Then,business system pays more attention to their own business,their development efficiency have improved,also the efficiency of the entire real estate transaction.This paper describes the research background and development significance of the system,then derives the key requirements through boundary analysis and problem analysis.Next,this paper analyzes the difficult technologies involved in the research requirements,proposes solutions and proves it through experiments.Through the analysis of system architecture,data storage and external interface describes the overall design of the system.Through the use case diagram,data flow diagram,sequence diagram and class dependency diagram,the paper analyzes the system's main functions in detail.Finally,this paper ensure that the system meets the requirements defined by the requirements through the functional test and non-functional tests.As the main research and development staff of the project,the author participated in the entire system design and development process.It is mainly responsible for the preliminary key technical research and schemas verification,also overall architecture design.The author completed the system module,template module,contract module,contract spare part identification module and system access module.Otherwise,there are some works like bug tracking and fixing of each module are included.At present,the entire system has been deployed on-line,and all modules of the system are operating normally,basically satisfies the needs of various business system.In the future,there are some hope that this system will be promoted to the entire real estate industry and become standard of this industry,furthermore,it will further promote the paperless process of the entire society and thus promote the development of social environmental protection.
