| With the development of information technology and internet, information resource isbecoming rich and diversified. More and more real estate services providers start to have theirown websites which are generally called “Real Estate Information Platform”. The Clients andreal estate services providers don’t need to inspect the properties from one place to anotherany more. They can find out the scale and environment of the project and do some research athome through the internet.RSS which is currently a popular and brand-new representation of Web2.0is going to bea part of people’s daily life gradually, moreover, real estate services industry is exactly one ofits important application fields. The online RSS reader is becoming much more welcomedsince it is one of the best applications in real estate information platform. However, the waysof design and implement the online RSS reader in real estate information platform is quitedifferent from the regular ones, especially on the ways of interaction, user experience and themethod of implement.This article focuses on how to solve the main issues on interaction design of real estateinformation platform nowadays. Based on the point of view that online RSS reader which isthe new interaction way of real estate information platform will be the mainstream applicationprograms of the platform in the future, an ideal scheme has been designed and implementedfor an online RSS reader in real estate information platform.The briefs of the research listed as follows:1) Analyzing the features of real estate information platform nowadays and RSStechnology, then confirming the scheme of designing and developing an online RSSreader in real estate information platform;2) Researching and analyzing the methods, principles and processes of interactiondesign for Web-based application programs, proposing the interaction designprinciples for the online RSS reader in real estate information platform based on thenew interaction design type of today’s Web-based application programs;3) Designing and producing the interaction scheme of an online RSS reader in realestate information platform;4) Briefly describing how to design and implement an actual instance of the online RSSreader in real estate information platform based on this article’s viewpoints; 5) According to the instance of the online RSS reader in real estate information platform,analyzing and evaluating the user questionnaire survey. Then, validating the article’sviewpoints and design results. |
