Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Opertations Plan System

With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry,the overall size of China’s real estate industry rapidly expand,operations management is an important item in real estate development,real estate operation and management is in good health,related to the long-term development of the whole company.So every company must be conducted through a variety of information means to operations management,in order to achieve goals to reduce cost,shorten the construction period,improve quality.In this paper,by analyzing the current status quo at home and abroad research and combining the current real estate enterprise demand for operations management,and through the integration of the PDCA(plan,implementation,inspection,processing)theory,put forward the plan operation system.This paper has carried on the demand to plan operations analysis and design.System uses the MVC three-tier architecture,development of C# language and SQL Server database development language for application development,in additional qualifications are analyzed in the design of system function planning,meeting planning,task execution report,work task assessment,early warning function design,and through the critical path algorithm to implement the project critical path,through the Open Xml technology to realize the Excel data import,can effectively solve the problem of data import.For additional qualifications in key business function design is finished,the function such as planning,meeting planning,task execution report implementation method in detail by this paper.In the function in the system development to carry out the system function test and performance test.The system through the full life cycle management plan to achieve the management of the program operation,effectively improve the operation management of property company,reduce the cost,shorten the period and improve the quality.
