With the popularity of the smart devices and the development of Internet technology,the sources and content of people's information are gradually “fragmented”.On this basis,mobile video has gradually gained favor from major platforms,Internet users and capital.In 2016,the short video industry began to break out and become a new generation of “Internet celebrity”.As the short video app ranked first and third in the C hina,“KuaiShou” and “HuoShan Video” have been developed sustainably because the large of users and loyalty.In these two short video social applications have many many Rural video,They were named with " Rural ukiyoe" by the industry and users.This Rural video include daily life,life skills,stimuli-like behavior display,and rural style.However,these extremely simple,prop-heavy,and diverse forms of content that users can hardly tear themselves away from it.Even if criticized by CCTV and ordered rectifica tion.Takig Caolou and Daliu villages around Luohe city of Henan Province for example,through surveys,visual observation,and semi-structured interviews and other methods,not difficult to find: In rural areas,the users of rural mobile short video have a balanced proportion of men and women,a large age span,a low level of education,and a low income level based on "K uaiShou" and "HuoShan video";Users usually focus on the novelty class Short videos,watching and sharing the funny videos.villagers generally use this short video social applications because of the diversity of content in mobile short videos and the convenience of the platform,plus their desire to obtain information,relieve stress,enhance social interaction and earn revenue.What kind of influence does this dissemination of content and use status of the rural mobile short video ? There is no doubt that inheritance and spread rural culture,providing users with a platform for vocalization.However,the mobile short video platform has also become a breeding ground for rural vulgar cultures.It has a negative impact on adolescent values,world outlook,and outlook on life.Rural residents neglect the sustainable development of rural economy when they indulge in rural content of short videos.Besides,short videos of spoofs and trivialities make the rural stigmatized more serious.
