The operation room is a special place for patients to open diagnostic and treatment.The control and management of infection in operation room is one of the core tasks of operation room.The tracking and management of the personnel entering the operation room is an effective means to control the infection in the operation room.According to current specification,all the people entering the operation room need to wear special surgical gown.Through monitoring the surgical clothing,we can achieve the management of relevant personnel in specific areas effectively.The current management mode of artificial abortion and artificial recovery of surgical gown is completely dependent on the manual check process of medical staff,and can not achieve the automatic management of surgical gown.The management of surgical gown is too heavy,the management efficiency is low,and the accurate registration and real-time monitoring of the import and export personnel are not possible.At the same time,the management level of surgical gown in the hospital also increased the risk of infection in the operation room.Apparently the existing management method of surgical gown has been difficult to adapt to the higher demand of management,it is meaningful to design a surgical clothing automated management system and realize the regional behavior management of surgical doctors and nurses.According to the above application scenarios and requirements,this paper first analyzes the related key technologies,including the Internet of things technology and RFID technology,focusing on the composition of RFID system and RFID indoor location positioning technology,and anti-collision inventory technology and theory.In this paper,we designed a suit of surgical clothing management system with high automation level,insert RFID chip into the surgical gown,realizes the "automatic release-use-recycling" closed-loop management of surgical gown;The management system includes a variety of terminal equipment such as self-service terminal of send clothes,locker terminal and self-service terminals of recovery,this paper focuses on the study of the control and software parts of each terminal.In this study,the indoor distance measurement model based on logarithmic distance path loss and the indoor location model based on intersection centroid algorithm are introduced.On the basis of the management function of surgical gown,combined with the management process of operation room surgical gown,the indoor positioning subsystem of the operation room personnel was developed.The actual test to verify the indoor location subsystem can monitor and track the behavor of medical staff,which lays the foundation for further research and appication of infection control and management in operation room.The management system of surgical gown and personnel behavior based on RFID changed the traditional operation room management mode,and realized the automatic management of surgical gowns and the tracking and positioning of operation personnel of medical staff.The management system has high stability and reliability in practical application,and it is transparent to the managers.The system has a good reference significance for the upgrading of the traditional management mode of operation room surgical gown and personnel behavior.
