Optimization Of Electric Power Materials Inventory Management Based On The Internet Of Things

Introduction in this paper analyzed the present research of the inventory management and internet of things which is used in supply chain inventory management, and then described the relevant research about power enterprise inventory management, introduced application of information technology used in power enterprise inventory management to pave the way for things electricity based inventory management.The part of theoretical basic research described the theory of things and inventory forecasting model. Targeting at inventory management for power features, the paper implicated networking features with the design for perception layer, network layer and application layer three-tier architecture to fit the actual power enterprise inventory management. And it described the theoretical basis of inventory forecasting model for the neural network prediction model and exponential smoothing forecast model. The part of things solutions integrated research component analysis to warehouse management system business processes and then put forward networking-based feasible solutions for power enterprise inventory management of all aspects; The section of power supplies inventory management process optimization studies combined the characteristics of things with the existing electricity supplies to optimize inventory management processes. And then it developed specific implementation process of IOT inventory management model. In the part of inventory forecasting model, the paper studied the neural network prediction model and inventory forecasting model for exponential smoothing prediction model specific implementation, and verified the prediction model with concrete examples. Finally, the paper summarized the application of the networking technology in power supplies inventory management, pointed out the inadequacies of the existing work study and brought up future research directions for improvement.
