Broadband Service Quality Monitoring System Research And Application On Broadcast&TV Network

In recent years,the domestic broadband market has become increasingly competitive.The major broadband operators all pursue a "raise speeds cut prices" policy.China Broadcasting,who just entered the broadband field,needs to think and solve the problems like how to improve synchronously the user access perception after realizing broadband speed,how to create competitive,high quality and distinctive products.Based on Broadcast&TV network broadband service quality monitoring system and business operating and maintaining,the thesis includes a thorough and profound research on how to ensure and improve the user access perception,how to promote the broadband product's competitiveness.Then it proposes the relevant solutions.Firstly,it does a research on how to construct Broadcast&TV network "broadband service quality monitoring system",the system uses B/S architecture design,through the simulation of user perception,realize the network performance and end-to-end business performance monitoring.Secondly,it focuses on analysis of the two major system applications.These two systems are business quality monitoring and access network quality monitoring.Quality service monitoring is business-aware quantification based on HTTP web pages,games,video and other commonly used Internet applications and access network quality monitoring is access network quality quantification based on outlets and end to end network.China Broadcasting,combined with its own characteristics,coupled with the big data collection and analysis from different dimensions,makes its overall planning,optimization and management based on these 2 systems.Lastly,this thesis makes a thorough and comprehensive analysis on the current situation of Broadcast&TV network,based on the research of "broadband service quality monitoring system",and puts forward the following three proposals for broadband quality optimization and speeding:network quality dial test based on big data analysis,multi-outlets route smart navigation,and intranet resource clouding out-of-domain monitoring,These solutions can enhance the user perception,satisfaction and the level of network intelligence.
