With the continuous development of communication technology and the gradual improvement of user requirements, multiple communication networks coexist and communication service gradually develops to diversification. As for network structure, multiple communication networks continually exchange and merge together, leaving users in a complicated heterogeneous network environment. The heterogeneity, the business integration and the consistency of the quality of service will be the primary features of the future communication networks. In heterogeneous converged networks, the requirements of the quality of service as the core, so that the coordination, allocation and management of the service quality frameworks, access selections and network resources, and the energy consumption saving and the customer satisfaction of the quality of service in user terminal, etc. will be the research focus in heterogeneous converged network. The paper focuses on the research of the assurance framework of the QoS of the heterogeneous converged network, the research of the index system for user perception, the evaluation model of the quality of service for user perception, the research of evaluation process and evaluation algorithm and the research of the negotiation mechanism of the dynamic business for the user perception.This paper analyzes the research on the management framework of the heterogeneous wireless network QoS by the current international organization for standardization and international scientific project, and proposes a frame structure for the dynamic control and management of the quality of service in heterogeneous integration network. The design idea is to realize the information integration and coordination of the management and control, using service quality as the core of control and management by the user, service and network in the heterogeneous wireless network environment, and to achieves QoS guarantee through the security components of the management of the quality of service, using the management of SLA, as well as the comprehensive evaluation and strategy management and control of the user layer, business layer and network layer.Customer perception index is the foundation of the measurement of the service or network quality, and the system of customer perception index is the premise of service quality evaluation. This paper analyzes the various factors influencing customer reception for the service or the quality of network, uses 5W approach and sensory quality standards to create customer awareness template, and puts forward a set of methods based on the customer perception index system. Through the practical application of customer perception template, this paper uses statistical analysis model to get the contribution coefficient of customer perception dimensions affecting the quality of network.Business-oriented management focused on the quality of service rather than the network performance, and an effective business quality evaluation can enhance the satisfaction degree of customer. This paper proposes an evaluation model of the comprehensive service, and set up a hierarchical evaluation model including the user layer and network layer, evaluation processes and effective mapping algorithm based on the index system of customer perception. Through the analysis of network data, this has completed the evaluation of the quality of WAP, using the algorithm of fuzzy hierarchy analytic process and fuzzy Delphi hierarchy analytic process.Network performance evaluation for customer perception under the network integration environment makes comprehensive evaluation for network performance indicators (KPI) reflecting on running status of the network layer network from the perspective of user layer. This paper puts forward the network performance evaluation algorithm based on the customer perception, and uses the policy data and the information data of network quality indicators to get the comprehensive evaluation results of customer perception of the running state of the network status through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm.Network management switches from the background to the front to improve customer satisfaction. In the study of next generation network, much more attention is paid to perception quality from user perspective and the quality of service from the network view. This paper presents dynamic business consultation architecture under the heterogeneous integration network environment by adopting the design thought of dynamic service negotiation protocol, and adjust the quality of service effectively and dynamically according to the change of the network resources. It not only allows customers to dynamically negotiate with SP about service quality requirements, but also ensure the customer perception for network quality.
