The System Design And Implementation Of The WLAN Quality Analysis Based On The User Perception

In recent years, intelligent cellphone, pad, OTT (Over The Top Internet application service) is widely used. The demand of access to the internet whenever and wherever is increasing. But the high fees of wireless network provided by traditional operators make peoples tend to use WIFI (Wireless Fidelity network). According to this customer demand, WLAN (Wireless Local Access Network) is regarded as the most important business of present stage by the operators.The WLAN can not become a carrier-class network access products, due to its instability of both hardware and signal. WLAN is required to analysis the supporting method. This supporting method not only need to reflect the current situation of network, guide the optimizing of network, enhance the quality of network, but also need to improve the user experience of WLAN, and reduce the complaint from users.This research is based on above background. By constructing the corresponding WLAN service quality analysis system, establish a WLAN evaluation system, which is user-oriented, quantification, evaluation and decisionable. From the point of view through the establishment of evaluation model, adjust the distribution parameters, realize a scientific assessment mechanism. The evaluation results can be output, and support the decision-making, based on this evaluation results, a guide can be made for adjusting the follow-up works. Meanwhile, improve the analysis indicator system, build an index set, which can reflect the UE situation factually, and based on the algorithm relationship of these indexes, formed a complete analysis data of this quantitative support evaluation model,and the realized the transform of the assessment results to the preventive maintenance.Support a effective method, which can reflect present stage of network, analyze the quality of network, improve the network, for the oprators.
