Job Scheduling is one core function of production management information system. Whether scheduling is reasonable or not is vital for MES to be implemented successfully in an enterprise, In this thesis, the job-shop scheduling of Production Management Infornation System is investigated. Intensive study is made on the model and algorithm of job-shop scheduling in Daily Production Scheduling System, the purpose of which is to find efficient ways for job-shop scheduling in DPS(Daily Production Scheduling) ,and build a Scheduling DSS(Decision Support System) of production scheduling of the company, in order to provid JIT Production Model with resonal scheduling support,and upgrade product competition.Scheduling-the problem of solving the combination optimizing methods-is investigated a lot in manufacturing.By analyzing the shop scheduling we studied,we got a typical JSP scheduling problem and we give out the general model to solve it.By analyzing many of optimizing methods ,above all to make good use of workmen's experiences, I give out that GA combined with heuristic rules is more adoptable. GA is adopted in the agorithm for job-shop scheduling, and the coding, decoding, crossover, mutation and selection of GA are studied. At the same time, heuristic rules are considered to intergrate with GA.As far as an example of classic benchmark job-shop scheduling are concerned, simulation verification is carried out with GA designed. From indication of GA in application, Satisfying status has been achieved in simulation speed and optimum result.DPS scheduling system based on theories and methods is developed under the environment the reality of the workshop we studied. We studied the scheduling model in the DPS system ,and analyzed the result of scheduling.In the end, research of this thesis is summarized and the research trend on scheduling in Production Scheduling System is anticipated.
