Research On The Knowledge Push Service In Virtual Academic Community

With the rapid development of the Internet,a virtual community based on a web platform has been created,by which people can easily obtain knowledge.While,the traditional academic communication model is usually limited by many factors.In order to better meet people's needs in knowledge,the virtual academic community emerges as the times require.By using the virtual academic community,people can meet their needs for acquiring knowledge in the network environment,make up for deficiencies in traditional academic exchanges,solve problems in the scientific research process.And people also can exchange with other users on this kind of platform,by which they can enrich their knowledge and innovate their knowledge.Therefore,more and more researchers use virtual academic communities for knowledge acquisition and academic exchanges.The most prominent feature of the resources of and members in the virtual academic community is just the academic,which unfortunately is the difference with virtual community.On the one hand,the development of the community can be promoted by embodying the academic nature of the virtual academic community,creating a good community atmosphere,and providing high-quality knowledge services to virtual academics.On the other hand,timely knowledge push services can promote the knowledge behavior of community members,realize the value and innovation of knowledge resources,and at the same time improve community members' Sensitivity.At present,the knowledge push service of the virtual academic community is flawed,the push effect is poor,and there is no academic feature.Based on these deficiencies,this paper studies the knowledge push service of the virtual academic community.Through this study,the virtual academic community will be improved for the quality of push services,and the sustainable development of virtual academic communities will be achieved.First of all,based on the previous research and related theories,a knowledge push service model is constructed.Basing on the discipline service theory,this paper will construct a knowledge push service model.Under the service team,arrange knowledgeresources and classify the subject knowledge,to protect the knowledge resources and ensure the quality of content push.That is the source of the push service.What's more,the accurate knowledge push service is based on the user's analysis,and this paper builds a user-based knowledge push service model and shows the method for obtaining user requirements.Through this method,the quality of knowledge push service can be improved.Secondly,in order to implement knowledge push service,basing on discipline service theory and users' knowledge push model,this paper constructed the model of knowledge push service.Furthermore,by this constructed model,this research designed the platform of knowledge push service,in which the platform architecture is divided into Knowledge management,knowledge push service layer and terminal layer.Finally,the paper selects the Muchong platform for case study.By the analysis of the using of Muchong platform,and the situation of this knowledge push service,this study pointed out its current deficiencies,and also puts forward optimization suggestions.Further,other research results of this paper are applied to the Muchong community to promote the construction of an optimization model,to make the Muchong community pay more attention to knowledge services,and also to improve knowledge push service capabilities.This paper has certain significance for guiding the knowledge push service of the virtual academic community.For personalized knowledge push service can increase the goodwill of the community members to the virtual academic community,enrich the knowledge resources,promote the knowledge innovation,and activate the community atmosphere,improving the knowledge push service is a key factor for the development of the virtual academic community.
