Research On Evaluation Of Knowledge Hiding Intention Of Scientific Researchers In Virtual Academic Community

With the rapid development and high popularization of Internet,it is a normal phenomenon for many researchers to conduct academic exchanges,knowledge sharing,knowledge consultation,knowledge innovation and other scientific research behaviors in virtual academic community.Virtual academic communities with different academic backgrounds and professional levels are springing up in the Internet.Due to the high virtuality of virtual academic community itself,the knowledge hiding behavior in the traditional knowledge exchange behavior is more obvious in the virtual community,which destroys the equal,open and shared academic atmosphere of the virtual academic community,and hinders the knowledge exchange and sharing of researchers.Efficient knowledge exchange and high-quality knowledge sharing are important indicators to measure the healthy development of virtual academic community.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and evaluate the degree of knowledge hiding willingness of researchers in virtual academic community,not only to enhance the theoretical reserve in the field of knowledge management,but also to the healthy development of virtual academic community.Based on social exchange theory,knowledge management theory and psychological ownership theory,this paper initially establishes the evaluation index system of knowledge hiding willingness of researchers in virtual academic community according to relevant literature,and uses principal component analysis method to reduce the dimension of the preliminary evaluation index system,and finally uses Python language to build the support decision tree evaluation model for researchers in virtual academic community In order to find a high accuracy evaluation index system of knowledge hiding intention and provide a theoretical reference for the operation of virtual academic community,MATLAB software is used for simulation verification.The results show that the evaluation index system of knowledge hiding intention of researchers in virtual academic community established by literature research and principal component analysis has high accuracy and scientificity.At the same time,the analysis of different samples shows that the suitability of the operation policy of virtual academic community,the personality characteristics of researchers and the perfection of the community knowledge protection policy are important indicators that affect the intensity of knowledge hiding willingness of researchers.According to the research results,this paper gives the corresponding solutions and management opinions,which can provide some support for the healthy and long-term development of virtual academic community.
