Under the environment of large data,the amount of scientific research data is increasing rapidly and the total amount of data is increasing rapidly.On the one hand,it provides the research foundation and reference basis for scientific research users,on the other hand,it also brings the serious problem of "information overload" to users.In order to solve the problems of knowledge acquisition and communication,users rely on the virtual academic community.Lai gradually strengthened.Firstly,the virtual academic community has high knowledge density and frequent knowledge exchange,which makes it easier for users to obtain the required content;secondly,the virtual academic community has a relatively perfect service guarantee mechanism,so users can track the topics of interest;finally,users evolve unique in the virtual academic community.Social relationships,active users in social networks are more likely to acquire knowledge,and to increase their dependence on the community.Therefore,the virtual academic community has become one of the important platforms for scientific research users to exchange and acquire knowledge.While users generate knowledge content in the community,they also leave various forms of behavior records.Both of them are gradually becoming the important objects of behavioral science research.Based on this reality,the research on user knowledge exchange behavior in virtual academic community has become the focus of Library science,information science and other disciplines in recent years.The types of virtual academic community are complex,the service systems and levels are uneven,the user network relationships are complex,the user goals are different,the knowledge content and behavior records are huge.The research on the knowledge exchange behavior of users in virtual academic community follows the traditional knowledge research paradigm.On the one hand,it fails to take into account the collective intelligence characteristics of communities in large data environment,and the results and contents are not broad;on the other hand,it is too deep to grasp the details and research,and the conclusion is not strong to promote.In view of this situation,on the basis of full analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the knowledge exchange mode and mechanism of various types of virtual academic communities,analyzes the factors that affect the user knowledge exchange on the basis of overall planning of macro and micro characteristics,and combines qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the results.Comparing and refining,this paper puts forward a targeted community optimization scheme on the basis of in-depth study.The main work of this paper includes:Analysis of user knowledge exchange behavior mechanism in virtual academic community.The analysis and research of mechanism and mechanism are the foundation of the whole paper.Firstly,this paper analyzes the behavior characteristics of users in the community,focusing on the type,motivation and process of user behavior.Starting from the two aspects of the form and content of user behavior,this paper studies the connotation and significance of user knowledge behavior,confirms the relationship between various behaviors in time dimension and logical dimension,analyzes the topological structure of user network in the community,summarizes the influencing factors of user behavior in general,and deeply understands the virtual environment in large data environment.The behavioral differences and similarities between users in the pseudo-academic community and those in the objective physical environment lay the foundation for the full-text study.Analysis of user knowledge exchange mode in virtual academic community.After experiencing the traditional offline mode and the Web 1.0 content-based community represented by BBS and portal website,the types of virtual academic community in large data environment are complex,the user composition is complex and the demand is different.Therefore,this paper makes a classification of virtual academic community and analyzes the user knowledge exchange model in large data environment.On the basis of the above-mentioned model,this paper analyzes four popular communication modes,namely,knowledge question answering community,academic micro-blog,academic micro-letter public number and mobile APP,and studies the user knowledge communication mode in virtual academic community with the combination of overall characteristics and details,and its concept,type,connotation and characteristics.The study of meaning provides logical support for the analysis of influencing factors and ensures the pertinence and generalization of the research results.Analysis of factors influencing user knowledge exchange in virtual academic community.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of knowledge exchange effect in communities,this paper puts forward the assumptions of influencing factors,including social factors and psychological factors,according to the analysis of user communication patterns and the characteristics and connotation of various types of communities,as well as the key contents and sideways of relevant research.Platform quality,knowledge quality,platform system quality,knowledge exchange technology,communication network seven aspects,combined with questionnaires and structural equation modeling method to verify,each hypothesis in the process of the experiment to a comprehensive and reasonable problem in many ways,on the basis of reliability and validity through the path analysis It proves that social factors,platform quality,knowledge quality,knowledge exchange technology,and communication network have a significant impact on the effect of knowledge exchange among users in the community,and provides a basis for the specific evaluation of the effect of knowledge exchange.Evaluation of user knowledge exchange effect in virtual academic community.The connotation of the influencing factors is analyzed concretely,and the influencing factors are regarded as the first-level indicators which affect the user's behavior and satisfaction.Through content analysis and combing,the second-level indicators which can explain the connotation of each first-level indicators are interpreted.The specific factors that affect the user's knowledge exchange are carried out by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Experts' experience is to judge the importance of all secondary indicators,identify the factors that have a greater impact on users,and sort out other types of factors that are more important to users but play a special role.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative methods to make a thorough and detailed analysis of the factors that affect users to ensure that on this basis.The proposed optimization strategy is scalable.Virtual academic community user knowledge interaction optimization strategy design.The most direct and profound factors affecting users,the special way of action,the minor important factors which have no obvious effect will be considered as a whole,and the relationship between them will be analyzed in depth.From the point of view of users,this paper proposes to make full use of user generated content,improve the content of knowledge,and design services for user cognition;from the perspective of platform,it puts forward strategies of integrating cross-platform knowledge content,prolonging the life cycle of knowledge content,and optimizes the community atmosphere;from the perspective of social network,it puts forward the high occupancy of social capital.Point users to focus on incentives,guide the community user network benign self-organization scheme,improve the overall level of community service.Aiming at the important problems in the field of scientific research service,this paper studies the characteristics of virtual academic community and user characteristics,fully considers the user behavior,platform environment,knowledge content correlation,and uses literature survey,log analysis,questionnaire survey,structural equation modeling method,fuzzy hierarchy classification to solve practical problems.Based on the scientific methodology of raising,analyzing and solving problems,this paper makes an in-depth study of user knowledge exchange behavior in virtual academic community,and puts forward solutions according to the results of the study,so as to promote the enrichment of relevant theories and provide references for relevant practice.
