Currently,the IT resources of various departments are part-time managed by the internal staff who knows more about computer equipment.Consequently,the unified management and unified planning on computer resources are lacked.In addition,they used their own management methods and did not supervise the computer's own information,which resulting in the supervisor of the company hard to control the computer resources well,and it is unable to achieve the sharing of resources well.Therefore,in order to better unify planning and management and realize resource sharing,the power supply company has developed a comprehensive information operation and maintenance supervision system.In the system development process,the main work includes system requirements analysis,design and testing.The specific work as follows:1.Investigate the current situation of IT equipment operation and maintenance supervision system at home and abroad,conduct an in-depth analysis on the computer equipment of our company,and put forward the requirements for the unified management of our company's computer resources by referring to the management requirements of brother companies.2.Divide the system into five major business modules:integrated network management,security management,IMS application display management,desktop management and IT service management based on the management requirements.The business process analysis and use case analysis are carried out by using the object-oriented analysis method to form a demand analysis report.And perform the analysis on the business process and example by using the object-oriented analysis method,and format an analysis report.3.Design the system's technical framework under the advice of professional software developers,and determine to use SSH,that is Struts,Spring,and Hibernate structures as the technical framework,and set SQL Server 2014 as the system database. In technical,the separation of business logic,page,and data making the system has better loosely coupled,highly cohesive features,which will facilitate the expansion and maintenance of the system.4.Using class diagram,timing diagram,activity diagram and other UML graphics design the sub-functions of the system's five modules.And apply the E-R graph to design the system's database.5.In the phase of achieving and testing,I completed the realization of the system interface and system testing.Through a year's work,the system has realized five modules of network management,system performance management,unified event management,unified monitoring management,and traffic management.Security management includes asset management,vulnerability scanning,caption and management of event,and risk management capabilities.IMS application management includes regulatory platform,exhibition center and system configuration of three parts.Desktop management includes asset standardization management,software standardization management,patch standardization management,and safety standardization management functions.IT Service Management includes event process management,problem management,configuration management,change management,and release management capabilities.After the system is put into operation,the regulatory level and service level are raised,the good operation of the power enterprise information network is ensured,the process management of the IT equipment service and the content monitoring function of the computer are realized,and the management efficiency is improved.
