The Design Of Comprehensive Online Examination System Based On B/S

With the rapid development of Internet technology, Campus Network has been gradually improving, which prompted the traditional test methods can not adapt the needs of the current examination. So far, there are some online examination systems, most of which need to install client software and are not easy to maintain. They can't fit for institutions and examination reform of vocational education. Therefore, with the research projects of QingHai Communication Technical College, the online examination system was designed and developed.This article analyzes the system of architecture and makes requirement analysis of the system.Based on the analyzes, the system's network structure was design and use browser-server mode(B/S) and ASP to carry out the system. Users can use the system by a browser,instead of special client software.The major functions of the system, including students information management, question band management, test management, online examination, automatic mark the tests,inquiries results and so on,and reaching the paperless examinations.The system are three major advantages for the examinations of QingHai Communication Technical College, first, It reached the automatic mark the tests which improve the efficiency.second,it can rearrange the questions,so papers can be achieved the same difficult standard, ensure the fairness of the examination.third,it is adopted the way which combine text and pictures to convenience the use of the graphics and special symbols. The dissertation carry out a more detailed analysis on the design of question band, the tactic of compose paper,subjective item scoring and so on.At the same time the system enhance to control the examination process to ensure the security of the examination.After the system test, online examination system achieve the basic functions which are the design purposes of this system. In the future researching work,it needs to improve the method of subjective item scoring and interface,it will more convenient and more effective.
