With the rapid development of electronic technology,the power integrity of PCB is becoming more and more serious,and the integrity of the power supply has brought a huge challenge to the design of PCB.Because of especial non-maintainability of the PCB on satellite,if there is a problem in the space environment,the consequences become unimaginable.Therefore,the power integrity analysis of the on-board signal processing circuit board is necessary.In this thesis,we describe the power integrity of DC power supply firstly,and the effect of IR-Drop and current density on PCB is introduced.Secondly,we expound the power distribution system of the decoupling network.Details of,actual model and impedance characteristic of capacitor in the high frequency system are introduced in detail.And we proposed frequency-domain target impedance method for the design of impedance of power supply net.At last,the reflection and crosstalk of transmission line are described,and we propose some measures of reducing the reflection of transmission line and crosstalk between transmission lines,too.In the process of practice,we analysis the power integrity of the small satellite computer circuit board firstly.After DC power integrity analysis,decoupling network design and signal transmission wire analysis,verify the theoretical basis,and improve the stability of power distribution net on PCB as well as the signal quality of key signals.In summary of the power integrity analysis of small satellite computer circuit board,we put forward a specific method of PCB design In the process of PCB design.We add pre simulation and post simulation of power integrity in the process of PCB design.It can effectively improve the PCB power integrity,and improve PCB reliability when finished design.Finally,we use the method which summarized before to design the PCB of signal processing unit.In the design process,we add the pre simulation of power integrity,and formulate the PCB wiring rules according to simulation results.We execute power integrity simulation after the completion of the wiring.We modify PCB for the simulation problems.When finished the design of the PCB,power noise on PCB is lower than the noise margin,and signal quality of key signals is good.Finally,we test key signals in the physical PCB to validate our design.
