The space information network is made up with spacecraft has the capability of space communications(such as satellite,space shuttle.)and ground station.It is a network information system that can achieve the function of interconnection between ground station,satellites and space station.The space information network system plays a pivotal role in the modern military application.Therefore,the effectiveness evaluation of the space information system to complete tasks such as investigation,location,message transmission and so on is essential,and its effect affects the outcome of the war directly.Therefore,the research that effectiveness evaluation of the task oriented spatial information network system has become a hot research field.Firstly,the effectiveness evaluation index system of the task oriented space information network is established.According to the structure of the space information network,the indicators fall into two categories:service transmission and topology.Secondly,according to the index system and the optimal and the worst value of the index process the indicators and determine the index weight,then evaluate the network effectiveness.Finally,an improved analytic hierarchy process is proposed to calculate the weight of the index.Because the traditional analytic hierarchy process has its own shortcomings,it makes two improvements for the analytic hierarchy process.The First,in the stage of consistency testing,the consistency standard CR of the different judgment matrix is different.The Second,in the stage of weight processing,according to the consistency degree of judgment matrix that experts construct,combined with the clustering algorithm weight the weights.The judgment matrix of the expert structure is classified by the ranking vector.Experts in different classes have different weight.Different kinds of experts have different weights,different experts influence the index weights differently.Then it obtains the new index weight.This algorithm can make processing of weight approach more reasonable and accurate.A simulation network is built on the NS2 simulation platform.It can get the index data from the simulation network.Then the effectiveness evaluation value was calculated by MATLAB calculation.The simulation results show that the improved analytic hierarchy process can evaluate the network performance accurately.At the same time,it can also evaluate the ability of the network under different business types.
