Anti-missile early warning radar system, as an important part of anti-missile system, is the key to the success of the anti-missile tasks. The comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of anti-missile early warning radar system is helpful to improve the understanding of the capability of the radar system, is helpful to grasp the problems and defects of the radar system, and offers reference for the construction and research of the radars. Therefore, the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of anti-missile early warning radar system is necessary.At present, there are a lot of research results in the effectiveness evaluation of single early warning equipment, but the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation methods of the anti-missile early warning radar systems are not enough. Based on this situation, the comprehensive effectiveness of anti-missile early warning radar system is evaluated in this paper. Long-range early warning radar and land-based/sea-based multifunction radar is the key equipment of anti-missile early warning radar system, How to deploy these radars is also a concernful subject, a radar deployment optimization method based on the optimal effectiveness is proposed in this paper.This paper is research on the anti-missile early warning radar system effectiveness evaluation and optimization of radar deployment, the main work of this paper is as follows:1. The effectiveness evaluation indexes of the anti-missile early warning radar system are analyzed, The measures of performance and measures of effectiveness of the anti-missile early warning radar system are discussed, the life cycle tracking ratio, the time of fire control information support, the interception window are introduced;2.
