In the 38 years since the reform and opening up,China's private enterprises have become more and more numerous,and they have made great contributions to solving the problem of employment in society and the GDP growth of the country.However,private enterprises especially the small and medium-sized private enterprises arose many problems in their development.Especially with the coming of information age,the management level of the small and medium-sized enterprise is an important factor which affecting their development.To solve the problem of poor management of private enterprise,we must use the advanced management method.Through the implementation of ERP(enterprise resource planning),enterprise's financial management and supply chain management can be linked,so as to realize the management level of ascension for the small and medium-sized private enterprises,and make the enterprise business process more efficient.ERP is quite different from the growing private enterprises in the cultural background and application depth,but this does not mean that our private enterprises couldn't implement ERP.Cutting and assembling the ERP smartly and dock with the enterprise the management process of organic is a management art,and is also a magic weapon of the private enterprises improve management level,But most private companies do not,and ERP is basically equal to financial accounting software.The Paper combined with the author's working experience in Hangzhou Anow Microfiltration Co.,Ltd,taking China digital ERP as a case,in-depth study in the the problems and solutions to explore the small and medium-sized private enterprises in the ERP implementation and application software.The main research findings of this paper are:First ANOW the management system of small and medium-sized private enterprises is not perfect.Small and medium-sized private enterprises are mainly family enterprises.In management,they tend to be human and have no system,so it is difficult to form a standardized management system.Many middle managers are crony of the enterprise manager,develop habit from work,and is not cooperative in the process of ERP software implementation.They are lack of institutional constraints,which seriously affecting the application of ERP in the information management.Second ANOW the cognition and recognition of ERP system by enterprise managers.For most domestic small and medium-sized private enterprises,it could't achieve with one step,and the most basic requirement for achievement is the enterprise managers to pay enough attention and give support.The enterprise manager has great significance to the development direction and strategy of the enterprise.Small and medium-sized private enterprise managers is lack of understanding of ERP,and don't approve the importance of the system.They thought ERP is the cost of manpower and material resources,and the traditional management mode is more convenient,ignored that in the information age informatization construction is required to change and improve the management mode and efficiency.However,managers of enterprises can not to expect too much of the ERP system,thought the company can solve all the management issues by using the ERP system,and constantly changing requirements repeatedly in the process and raise some unrealistic demands to pursue the function of the larger,more full.Third difficulty in the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprise management mode.In my company,for example,when the company set up,the computer was popular,at the time orders are recorded in the notebook,including the production situation of product,shipping,logistics,payment,invoice situation and a series of processes.There would be errors easily if one do not pay enough attention.Later,with the popularity of computer,the company use office software to manage the order process,and the efficiency is improved,but this is only for computer operators.How to make the information popular to all the staff,requires the enterprise's informatization construction,by the operation of the ERP system to realize information sharing and communication of departments.Fourth the resistance of employees to ERP system.Many small and medium-sized enterprise personnel form the work habits of self,not accepting new things easily,and even with conflicting psychology,which often hindered the implementation of the system.
