Under the current background of big data and cloud computing,electrical energy saving as well as the electricity safety would be the most important issues in the future,so the Smart electricity monitoring platform should be built to face the challenge.The Smart electricity monitoring platform which based on the big data is designed for government and enterprise users.By means of the platform,users can implement functions of centralized management,remote meter reading,automatic statistics collection and analyzing by using the internal energy consumption measurement devices in the buildings,from which the informatization of the building system can be established.The platform can use the parameters of the devices(lighting system,elevator equipment,cold source system,heat source system,fan equipments,air conditioning system,office equipments,pump equipments,kitchen equipments as well as outdoor landscape)to monitor the electricity conditions in the buildings as well as provide the energy bills(such as electricity,water supply,domestic hot water,natural gas and municipal steam).Moreover,the platform can manage large amount of sensor data,these data can be supervised through the user's PC and smart phone.The data includes temperature,current,voltage,electricity consumption,residual current and others.Through these data technical personnel can provide professional remote fault analysis.The platform can also provide alarm function under the conditions of electrical equipment overload,short circuit and other anomalies,and the alarming signal will immediately be sent through SMS,email,WeChat and other ways to the designated management personnel to remind users to promptly investigate and eliminate the hidden dangers.This paper uses Hadoop as the big data framework,Mongodb as non-relational database,PHP as development language;ThinkPHP as the development framework;MySQL as the database and Apache as a server,and Http and Https as Transport Protocol to build the smart electricity monitoring platform which based on the big data.Under the principles of the system the platform has the modules of energy auditing,real-time monitoring,energy analysis and system management.After considering user's operating habits,the software is designed to be more humane,efficient and user-friendly.And at the end,the operating performance of platform under the tests is very successful,which can meet the requirements of the government and enterprise users and have excellent support for saving of the electricity and safety of using electricity.
