Refer to China’s relevant department’s statistics, the average power consumption per square meter of floor area was 85.4 degrees(85.4 k Wh / sq m)in China government office buildings and large public buildings, which is 1.5 to 2 times of that in developed countries of Europe similar construction, is 10 to 20 times that of ordinary residents, accounting for about 22% of the China’s total electricity consumption.In the context of sustainable development as one of China’s development policy, green energy saving and environmental protection, especially in the case of high Chinese building energy consumption, energy consumption monitoring system is an important means of building energy saving in future. Energy monitoring systems are constantly booming at both home and abroad. Shanghai as the major city in the country even in the world, takes the energy-saving and environmental protection as a top priority, also developed relevant guidelines. Therefore, the design and research of energy monitoring system that based on Shanghai public buildings energy monitoring systems engineering and technical specification is also very important. This thesis based on Shanghai public buildings energy monitoring systems engineering and technical specification, completed the overall design scheme of energy consumption monitoring system.The research work of this thesis mainly has following aspects:1. According to Shanghai public buildings engery consumption monitoring system engineering technical specifications(DGJ08-2068-2012 / J11542-2012), analyze Shanghai public buildings engery consumption monitoring system engineering technical specifications from view of application layer which includes data collection and transmission, software function, data upload. lay a foundation for the project design.2. To project design of building energy consumption monitoring system, this paper bases on data acquisition, data processing and aggregate functions requirement, combines with demand of Shanghai public building energy monitoring system engineering and technical specification. Complete the overall design of Shanghai large public building energy monitoring system.3. Design building energy consumption monitoring system, on the basis of the overall design,implement features for data collection, transmission, data display and data upload functions in various layers. Not only meet the specification requirements, but also can be applied in actual projects.4. Based on overall scheme design, this thesis implemented all aspects of design. Data acquisition, transmission part realizes the combination of software and hardware. Data display function implemented all the contents of the functional, realize function from usability aspect. Data uploading layer realizes the whole process of authentication, code generation of energy consumption, data generation, remote data, data retransmission.The results of this thesis include the whole design scheme for Shanghai public building energy monitoring system, a set of Shanghai public building energy monitoring system data collection software, a set of Shanghai public building energy monitoring system application show software, a set of Shanghai city public building energy monitoring system data uploading software(for Shanghai municipal authorities and large public building energy monitoring platform). At present already gradually deployed in the projects.
