Design And Implementation Of MES Manufacturing Management System Base On SSH Frameworek

Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,the manufacturing mode of information and automation has occupied the mainstream position in the manufacturing industry at home and abroad.With the rapid development of economic globalization,market demand has been more varied and customer requirement has also become more personalized,which makes the order oriented production mode gradually occupy the mainstream position in the manufacturing market.Through the order-oriented production mode,the manufacturing management system can manage all orders of production information,monitor the production process,tracking order status,record and save all production information,so as to realize the sharing of production information in the company management and achieve the saving the purpose of production costs.Based on the SSH framework and requirement analysis,the MES manufacturing management system with the core of order management system is designed and developed.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of literature review,the research background and significance of the project are introduced,the research status of MES manufacturing management at home and abroad is summarized,and the key development technology used in the system are introduced in detail.2.Analyzing the market demand and social economic benefits of the system,the organizational architecture is designed according to the function requirements,and B/S four-tier architecture model based on database persistence layer,business logic layer,control layer and presentation layer can be developed using SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate)framework.3.Based on the system requirement analysis,the four modules of MES manufacturing management system including order management,equipment management,warehouse management,user management,according to the specific functional requirements of each module,PostgreSQL system based on underlying database is developed,and detailed business logic design of each module function is presented.4.Based on the Windows platform and PostgreSQL database,the MES manufacturing management system based on SSH framework is designed and developed using Java language,that realize function as,order of creation,audit and other business process management,order monitoring,equipment management,inventory and warehouse management of warehousing raw materials and product,BOM formula management,user management and other functions.The test results show the effectiveness of the system.
