Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy, water conservancy enterprisesin China are making rapid growth with more departments emerging and more changesin handling process of some old offices. For example, bidding on water conservancyrequires paperless. The previous production management system cannot meet thecurrent needs of enterprises, so it is imperative for the water conservancy enterprises toupdate the old system right now. In order to ensure the maintainability and extensibilityof the system, based on the actual demands of water conservancy enterprises andexisting open-source SSH (Struts Spring Hibernate) framework, relational databaseSQL Server2005, JSP and Tomcat serving as a platform, a new, efficient, integratedproduction management system came out, which can not only meet the work needs ofleaders, designers and management to maximize resources-sharing but also provide corepower for the enterprises in information integration, decision-making and all-rounddevelopment.The system has eight parts, including contract, statistics, qualification, bidding, planning, settlement, basic data and system management. In order to operate this system, the author conducts a detailed demand analysis and systematic design about the waterconservancy enterprises and also analyzes probes into the technology that includesMVC design patterns, presentation layer framework Struts, logic layer frameworkSpring, persistence layer framework Hibernate. Based on the demand analysis, thethesis takes an example of qualification management and tender to introduce thedatabase module design and how to achieve the data persistence layer, the businesslogic layer and the presentation layer by using Hibernate, Spring and Struts, and thenmakes a introduction to the system in the last part. In addition, the author also points outthat challenges and difficulties lie in the control over different roles and differenthandling process. The system provides much support for the information of water conservancy enterprises in every stage of their production planning management, covering fromprocess management to history task query.
