With the rapid development of high technology,the requirements of infrared thermometry technology are gradually changed from qualitative to quantitative,that is,the accurate temperature value can be obtained on the basis of finding the temperature difference or abnormal temperature change.In order to solve the problem that the onsite infrared thermometry is sensitive to the target surface emissivity,which exists the problem of inaccurate thermometry and low data reliability.According to the principle of infrared thermometry and heat transfer theory,a platinum resistance embedded structure target is designed,and do the following researches:1.Based on the reference emissivity method and the infrared thermometry target method,a platinum resistance embedded structure target combining with the infrared thermometry of the surface metal material was designed.The relationship between the emissivity of the target surface and the infrared temperature of the target surface was deduced,the platinum resistance four-point temperature measurement algorithm was deduced too.2.The heat transfer performance test,homogeneity and consistency test of target materials were designed.Artificial synthetic graphite film and aluminum nitride ceramic were selected as the target substrate in the temperature range of 30 ? ~ 250 ?.When the target whose surface emissivity is known is attached to the target surface,the target is used as the calibration source and the infrared temperature of the target surface is used to modify the infrared temperature of the object surface.3.The design and production of target-specific portable temperature meter,use the DC resistance box in accordance with the PT100 index table to calibrate the temperature meter;on-site temperature measurement,measured contact temperature by platinum resistance as a reference temperature on the target calibrate the error introduced by the target.4.The test of stability of the target,select the metal surface heating plate as the experimental object,do the experiment under the conditions that thermal imager is at the distance of 15 cm from the object.Through analyzing and processing the target surface contact temperature,the target surface infrared temperature and the infrared temperature of the target surface,it is proved that the target can improve the on-site infrared temperature measurement precision to a certain extent,when artificial synthetic graphite film target and aluminum nitride ceramic target were used to measure the dynamic temperature of the surface of an object,the temperature measurement error band is distributed in 0? ~1? and-1? ~2.5?.In this paper,the design of the target of a platinum resistance embedded structure can make on-site infrared temperature measurement more accuracy,but also introduced a temperature error,to be improved.
