Currently, drug resistance and adverse reactions are considered as the global challenges as important as climate change, water shortages and environmental damage, which causes a serious threat to human health. Due to the long-term use of antibiotics and inadequate dose, pathogens produce the enzyme inactivating drugs, change membrane permeability to block drugs and change the target structure or the original metabolic processes, so that the original therapeutics become invalid, namely drug resistance. Evaluation effects of medication is a common mean to observe the treatment effect of medicine. Doctors develop new treatment options such as the replacement of drugs and increase or reduce the dosage of medicine, through the observation on the effect of drug, to effectively improve the cure rate of the disease.The main content of this thesis is the system design of real-time pharmacophore detection. The principle of this system design is firstly to find and judge the biological active points(BAP), due to the biological activity with smaller resistance value, so we can find biological activity by measuring the resistance value; and then measuring the temperature difference of BAP and the surrounding skin to judge the drug's effectiveness and sustainability. Finally, the treatment plan of drug type and dose is adjusted according to the experimental results.The system hardware mainly includes: BAP search module, temperature measurement module and the heat spectrum map storage module. With abundant capillaries, peripheral lymphatic vessels, nerve endings and other biological properties, the BAP has a smaller resistance than the surrounding skin. Atmega32 is selected for BAP search module, at the same time, the power supply and probe are also used for searching BAP. Because the BAP and peripheral resistance is smaller, when the BAP is found, the light-emitting diode and buzzer are triggered and begin to work; then we adopt ADT7420 temperature sensor with high accuracy to measure the point, with the measuring period being 2 minutes; when the measurement is performed, the DS1307 and FT232 R chip are selected to realize the data calculation, storage, transmission and other functions; finally, the temperature difference values are sent to the LCD display.The software design mainly includes the upper computer and the lower computer. The upper computer software mainly takes charge of sending command to find BAP, measure temperature, access to data and so on; while the lower computer completes the functions of searching and comfirming BAP, measuring temperature, getting and saving data according to the corresponding instructions, generating dynamic change graph of temperature difference finally.In order to test the feasibility of this design, we select two important BAP in the human body: C.7 and GI.4. The normal group and the mental disease group are detected to analyze the relationship between the BAP temperature difference and the drug effect, namely defining the eight temperature changes to analyze the drug efficacy. The experimental data shows that when the change of temperature difference in twice experiments is more than 20%, the drug effect is poor, so we need to re-formulate treatment plan; conversely, there is no need to replace the drug and dose. The system has realized the effective evaluation of medical efficacy and the real-time monitoring of drug efficacy.
