This thesis discussed the effect of working hours and environment temperature of infrared thermal imaging system on infrared detector response, and then presented methods of reducing infrared radiation temperature measurement errors. The homogeneity of infrared detector has a large influence on infrared temperature measurement. In order to reduce temperature measurement errors of infrared thermal imaging system, the two-point correction algorithm and the model ‘S' non-uniformity correction algorithm were studied.And a linear and nonlinear temperature measurement algorithm was established according to the space inherent heterogeneity. In addition, since the drift of infrared focal plane arrays response has a large effect on temperature measurement accuracy of infrared thermal imaging system, the bivariate nonlinear compensation model was established to compensate the infrared detector drift response.The experimental results showed that bivariate linear compensation algorithm proposed in this thesis is the most beneficial to the compensation effect of detector's working hours;while two-variable nonlinear compensation algorithm is the most beneficial to the compensation effect of the environment temperature.
