With the rapid development of Electric-Power grid interconnection industry recently andthe increasing demands of electric energy and daily lives of people in economic constructions,the technology of high voltage direct current transmission has became a emerging trend in thedevelopment of CT technology because of its huge ascendancy in low-cost,low-loss,long-life,etc. Among them, the DC current transformer is the important part in thedirect current transmission technology. At present, there are two kinds of sensing technologywidely used in the current transmission system in general: electromagnetic current transformerand optical current transformer. The electromagnetic current transformers have serious hiddendangers for defect and make it can not meet the demands of the development of HVDCtechnology.However, the optical current transformer although has good prospects fordevelopment at present, but it also has many defects intechnology and can not meet therequirement of industrial practical application.On the basis of fluorescence afterglow temperature measurement technology, this paperimproved the scheme of the temperature measuring type current transformer based on thetechnology of thin film sensor,and combined thin film technology and temperature measuringtechnology effectively.Then analyzed the key technology such as the system precision,response speed,and environment temperature,in order to make the new system to get theadvantage such as low-cost, high-precision, fast-speed, anti-interference, High Reliability.ectFirst,this paper has introduced the principle of the system, and also focus on analyzed theseveral key technologies. Then explain the principle and projects design of the electro-thermalconversion unit, sampling unit in high voltage side and acquisition processing unit in lowvoltage side respectively.Last, set up the experimental platform for the whole experimentsystem.Input high DC current and pass through the shunt to make sure that the signal can bemeasured,then the text began.After the experiment done, the relationship between the currentand the Ï„ is calibrated. Then put the results into the computer. Then use the calibrationrelationship to realize the high DC current detected and displayed in real time.
