With the development of infrared technology, the application of infrared radiation thermometry has become more and more extensive in many different fields. The temperature of skin has a significant influence on the infrared radiation. This paper emphatically studied measurement method concerning infrared thermal imager radiation calibration, establishment of infrared radiation transmitting model, measurement of skin emissivity, radiation thermometry under the laboratory environment. The paper provided a feasible method for measuring temperature of skin, and enriched theory system of skin temperature measurement.Chapter one mainly expounds the background, meaning, research status, technology route of infrared radiation thermometry of skin.Chapter two mainly researched on infrared thermal imager radiation calibration based on extended area black-body. Least square method is widely used in infrared thermal camera calibration. However, the measurement accuracy of infrared thermal camera calibration based on least square method is not very ideal. In order to consider the effects of the thermal imaging system random error, environmental fluctuations and the unstable black-body temperature, infrared thermal camera calibration based on weighted least square method was established, And the response relationship between extended area black-body radiance and output gray of infrared thermal imager.Chapter three mainly researched on the attenuation of skin infrared radiation transmitting in the atmosphere. Atmospheric transmittance of infrared radiation has a significant influence on the measurement accuracy of skin radiation. The attenuation of infrared radiation transmitting in the atmosphere was analyzed, and the calculation model of atmospheric transmittance of infrared radiation was established. Atmospheric transmittance under the different meteorological conditions or radiation path were calculated to study the influence of temperature, relative humidity, path starting height, radiation distance, zenith on atmospheric transmittance, and the results were analyzed. The results have certain guiding significance for the accurate calculation of atmospheric transmittance, and the research on the influence of meteorological conditions, geometric parameters of the path on atmospheric transmittance.Chapter four mainly researched on the measurement of skin emissivity. In this chapter, the measurement experiments to calculate the skin emissivity, using infrared thermal imager, were carried out based on infrared thermal image, and the variation as a function relationship between skin temperature and its emissivity was established.Chapter five mainly researched on the measurement method of skin radiation thermometry. The measurement accuracy of infrared thermal camera depends on the measurement accuracy of atmospheric temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric transmission and so on. In order to minimize the dependency and improve the measurement accuracy, a skin temperature measurement method using infrared thermal camera based on infrared thermal image gray correction was proposed. And another measurement model based on real-time correction was established. Under the laboratory environment, the measurement experiments based on the two methods established above were carried out respectively. The results showed that both of the mean measurement error of the former and latter is less than 3.2%.
