In order to study the flow regulation performance of the control valve better,a flow test bench platform which can implement flow performance research is an indispensable condition.For the intergrated flow experiment bench,its structure is very complex and it often contains a lot of components.In the process of experiment and research,it is usually difficult to control the parameters of each component.Most existing methods are based on existing standards and staff experience to determine,but for the standard does not rule out the experience or experience has led to the experiment difficult to carry out,only the use of point-by-point test method.This tends to be time-consuming and inefficient.In order to solve the above problems,this paper presents a method for modeling flow experiment bench,and establishes a flow experiment bench model and a high temperature and pressure bench model for compressible fluid and incompressible fluid respectively.Set the parameters of different components on the model to simulate the experiment,observe the experimental results.The better parameters of the simulation are selected as the component parameters of the bench experiment,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of bench flow test,reduces the unnecessary exploration time and test costs,and increases the economic benefits of the actual plant production.In this paper,we set up a reusable and scalable flow control experimental bench simulation platform as the goal,using the modular idea of each flow test bench module to study and establish mathematical models,followed by Matlab/simulink advanced simulation environment as a platform The mathematic model of the system is modularized,and the sources and characteristics of the parameters in the model are discussed.Then,according to the principle of flow method and the principle of system fluid flow conservation,each module is combined to build a flow experiment platform simulation platform.Finally,a model verification experiment was carried out by using the fluid test bench of the control valve manufacturer.The parameters in the actual bench were introduced into the model to change the opening of one of the globe valves.The experimental waveforms and simulation responses of the simulation platform were observed and analyzed.The experimental results and simulation results of the larger error of several reasons.The experimental results show that the developed system simulation platform can well reflect the performance of the real system,and is versatile,easy to use,has good scalability and openness.
