With the advent of the Internet era,Internet is inevitable to be applied in all aspects of daily learning,work and life.Effective management of finance is very important in the administrative department.Financial management is a very important link in the economic operation of the administrative department,in which high work efficiency and reasonable operation procedures are effective supervision and management,The simplification,procedure,convenience,shortcoming and transparency of system operation is not only an important symbol to measure the financial management level of the whole administrative department,but also an important guarantee to ensure the healthy operation of every administrative department.The research and Analysis on the details of the financial management of Wulanchabu City multi-level financial sector,to understand and grasp the electronic technology and the ability of financial management,assist the staff realize the objectives of financial management,so as to realize the purpose of providing real financial data,the effective data report to the leadership,for Managers to make more rational decisions.This paper analyzes the business process of three level financial departments in Wulanchabu,counties and townships.According to the actual work,by analyzing the contents and characteristics of financial management,it puts forward its own design ideas,designs and implements a financial management information system of the financial sector.The functional modules of the system are determined according to the actual business process and functional requirements of the finance.It includes details of basic setting module,voucher management module,fixed assets management module,project management module,account report management module and system management module.At the same time,the computer needs to support other work needs other than financial base functionality,such as stability and security.In the operation of the whole system,we must strictly enforce our financial laws and regulations,and use diversified ways of fund management and settlement operation management to improve the intensity of fund management to a certain extent.,And can meet the purpose of scientific and efficient use of capital,improve the financial service level of the financial sector,and ensure the healthy and orderly capital chain.The system adopts B/S structure,applies J2 EE technology in the development process,uses the most advanced open source structure framework,and opens the source code to realize the corresponding relationship system,so as to achieve diversified application management effect and meet the development needs of practical application objects.Based on J2 EE platform,development framework Struts,Hibernate and Spring opening source framework,we draw a specific use case diagram,E-R diagram,class diagram,flow chart,timing diagram to designed and implemented the various functional modules in detail.We use SQL Server 2008 database for development,the details of the various data tables were described.We use the SQL Server 2008 database to develop the system and described the details of the various data tables.Finally,the function test and performance test are carried out to the system.In the process of testing,the software testing process is strictly followed to ensure the quality of the system.The test contents include the average response time of the system,the system concurrent users and the system stability in three aspects.The test results show that the operation of the system can meet the needs of the actual system operation,detect problems in the testing process,and find timely scientific coping strategies to meet the needs of future work system improvement.
