Financial Corporate Oversight Function Modules Common Management Information System Software Design

Beijing municipal finance bureau in order to strengthen the supervision andadministration of financing guarantee companies and small loan company, decided tobuild financial supervision and management information system, the system ismonitored by a financing guarantee company management subsystem and the smallloan company supervision and management subsystem. Financial supervision andmanagement information system mainly realize the financing guarantee companies inthe city and the small loan company financial business online filing and data statisticanalysis and early warning function. Therefore the supervision and administration offinancing guarantee companies subsystem and small loans company regulatorysubsystem exists many general system functions, at the same time because of theregulatory object of business information, regulatory system and their respectiveunique functional requirements.In this paper, the project development process as the main body, from the projectbackground, the needs analysis phase, the overall design, detailed design,development, implementation and system testing and other sectors, the finalcompletion of the entire system for system acceptance. Thesis focused on theAnnouncement, statement analysis, integrated query, basic configuration functions aredescribed in detail. By means of research needs supervision and reporting of thecurrent management system has been studied, and related needs identified throughneeds analysis reflects the current management situation. Collate all the requirementsin the analysis, the versatile needs finishing, Announcement, statement analysis,business regularly report design, real-time monitoring and management of commonbusiness functions and financing guarantee company monitoring system parts of thesystem module significant events management module, Officers and management,Financial information Management for the detailed design and implementation.This system employs the popular B/S software architecture system whichcombines advanced computer network and component technology, uses windows xpas the network operating system, Microsoft’s Eclipse as the development platform,J2EE as the development framework, SqlServer as the background database.Aftertesting the system, and complete the acceptance of the work, to obtain the functionrequirement analysis. The construction completion and use of this system, make thefinancial infrastructure will be further improved, the work has great realistic meaningfor promoting financial services, and better able to to strengthen governmentsupervision and service ability.
