China Road and Bridge Corporation hopes to implement the advanced enterprise resource planning(ERP) system to integrate the company’s procurement, sales, production, inventory management and other business systems and financial management, standardize and optimize the company’s business processes to make sure the enterprise information is timely and accurate, also the ERP system can become the basis platform of enterprise daily operation and management and strategic planning.CRBC to traditional financial management mode, severely restricted the geological exploration unit financial management work efficiency. At present, the main problems in the CRBC financial management are:(1) the unit inside information;(2) the material flow and information flow are not synchronized;(3) financial and business data is not unified;(4) financial information processing speed and low degree of information sharing, etc. Therefore, this article focuses on how to effectively solve the above problems, improve financial management efficiency, effective use of funds and resources. Scientific financial management work is the core of the CRBC financial management software shall be provided. Accounting information lack fidelity, financial capital management is out of control, which are the major problems occurring in current reform and development of the company, so to study and develop financial software to adapt to the current situation of the enterprise is the main direction of current research.This thesis according to the characteristics and requirements of financial management in CRBC, J2 EE and MySQL database based on the Microsoft put forward the system structure and function structure of the design of this system, construct the financial management, asset management, salary welfare management modules, establish the data model for scientific, rigorous, and taking the model as the main module based on finance has carried on the detailed design and discuss.Firstly, the research background, significance and research situation of finacial management system in CRBC is stated in this paper. The status of development and framework are analysed. The functional and non-functional requirements are determined by mean of investigating, sorting and analysing the core business process.Sencondly, according to financial management demands, this dissertation adopts the object-oriented analysis and design method, follows J2 EE standards and B/S architecture, and designs a financial management information system which consists of 6 sub-systems. The macro technical solutions are given, and the function design and database structure of each sub-system is introduced, then the detailed realization of the system and the performance test of the detailed process are also given.Thirdly, The system uses the structured analysis method to conduct the requirements analysis and design and uses the software engineering theory method in accordance with the system analysis, design and development. First, we conducts a top-down analysis, a detailed overall design, including: architecture design, functional design, database design, security design, interface design, etc.; Then, the progressive realization of basic data management, general ledger management, accounts payable management, fixed asset management, cost control management and other major functional modules are completed; Finally, system testing and implementation are done.Finally,this system can give full play of the enterprise financial management function, improve the financial management level of enterprise and meet its needs. This system improves business accounting and financial management business processes, facilitates the corporate financial accounts, corporate capital accounts, balance of payments and other corporate financial aspects of corporate management. In a word, this system provides a unified branch accounting and financial management platform for its distributed enterprises.
