By balancing the relations between the company and customers toimprove the customer experience, the customer relation management system keepscustomers’ satisfaction and loyalty. Meantime, the system combines processoptimization, information sharing and business collaboration to raise the company’sincome. Thus, it becomes the core of supply chain, the operational mode of a moderncompany, the cornerstone of the survival and development of a company in theinformation era. However, nowadays the relatively independence of each securitiescompany’s each informatization system causes every system separating from each other,including customer relation management system, product control system, compliancemanagement, adequacy management and so on, which is a difficulty and can beimproved to both the user of the systems and the securities company’s management staffrunning the data analysis.Based on the early stage of China’s financial securities markets and informatization construction, with examples of portfolio management platform, this paper has studiedthe management of financial securities. As the cornerstone of the whole study, this paperfirstly describes the basic theory of software engineering and related review, the statusanalysis of our country’s financial securities business, the causes of the risks andeffective solutions to them, based on literature review and theoretical research. Thereby,based on the software engineering theory, this paper analyzes the environment, therequirements and the system-building goal of financial securities management platform.In the end, this paper elaborates the initiation and practice of financial and securitiesmanagement platform with the continuous improvements, optimizations and promotionsin the application.
