With the growing scale of business and he growing competition in the market, we need to further strengthen internal control and management, especially to the control of corporate financial management. Therefore it's very important to develop a universal, applicability standardized network management system for financial information. Financial information management system is a complex man-machine system. In this complex system, we need to adopt advanced technology at the same time; we must pay attention to the use of advanced management mode, in order to build an advanced system.This article focuses on the financial management system around the"business"to study and design the financial management information system. Taking the object-oriented theory and the method as foundations, according to the system feasibility analysis, the demand analysis, the system design, the detailed design, the system realizes and so on, we can divides standardized into the system performance several stages. The key is to use the UML as a standard modeling language, implementing from the analysis and design to achieve a seamless transition, and greatly improving the efficiency of system development. It's able provide more convenient for the later maintenance. In the implementation part of the system, using .NET development tools basing on the ADO.NET interface component implements can realize the operation to database access; Using SQL Server in the data storage level 2000 takes the backstage database management system; It can achieve financial system of the profit management, certificate management, approval of management, general ledger management, query, add, retrieve, process-oriented functions. And system's gross structure using the current mainstream the B/S architecture has facilitated the client side application greatly, enhanced system's extendibility.
