Along with economic development and energy poverty,environmental pollution problem becomes more and more serious.People are turning their attention to wind energy.In the past few decades,531 wind farms were constructed in our country.Most of the conventional wind farms use a manual way to process data.It takes plenty of manpower,material and financial resources.A few wind farms adopt the information management software system while the software functions are incomplete and the maintenance cost is high.Based on these considerations above and commissioned by a Province Power Survey and Design Institute,a Wind Farm Wind Data Verification and Evaluation System is required to meet the needs of professionals,based on the.NET platform and SQL Server.The System is composed of six parts including requirement investigation and analysis,database design,system design,system deployment,system implementation and system testing.And finally a complete system with functions: data management,data analysis,data improvement,wind energy and generating capacity assessment,is designed and implemented.Firstly,according to the requirements analysis,the thesis decribes the system design and database design of the wind farm management system.The second part is the design of concrete functions.The system mainly consists of three modules including wind farm information management,wind measurement data management and wind measurement data statistics.The wind farm information management module manages and maintenances the wind farm information,wind tower information,fan information and breakdown maintenance records.The wind measurement data management module achieves complete data by cleaning data,data verification and Taying analysis.The wind measurement data statistics section forecasts the wind energy and electricity through long-term revision of the data processing and the analysis of turbulence intensity.After that,according to the operating environment,the dissertatioin presents the design of the system architecture,and then coding and testing of the system.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the whole work,and discusses the points for further study.
