Energy issue is one of the most concerned hot spots in modern economic society.It is a trend to develop green energy.The development of wind power is very fast.The management of wind power enterprises has changed from a single wind farm management to a regional centralized management,a regional company manages a province of multiple wind farms.Wind power generation in the traditional way,its power generation equipment distribution in a wide range of geographical area,and its operation and maintenance has completely different requirements and characteristics,intensive management will become the wind power companies to reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of the industry's effective means.The in the research of the domestic and foreign industries mode of equipment maintenance and information management method based on,analyzes the wind power companies in the business management of equipment overhaul existing problems,refining the wind generating maintenance under the new environment of centralized management of the business.On this basis,marking the wind farm maintenance centralized management of business processes and the corresponding data structure,based on the principle of loose coupling of the system of the module division and the function of each sub module were analyzed.After analyzing the business needs and characteristics,SOA Software Architecture Based on mature,combined with reverse control and dependency injection technology,and follow servlet-3.0 specification,finally implemented a pluggable component architecture and realize the on-demand service configuration module,the enterprise can be flexibly customized.Efficient development and support of heterogeneous environment based on J2EE features of the design and development of the system function module,the system workflow platform,system management platform,platform,data interface exchange platform.To achieve the fast reconstruction process,custom business function of the user permissions,display statements and module data exchange between demand;system in a model development after molding can be in multi platform rapid deployment to achieve the desired objectives.Based on the requirements SEI2010 released in November software capability maturity model version 1.3 of the proposed wind farm maintenance centralized management system development process quality control metrics,realized the normalization and standardization of the system development work,improves the efficiency of development,realize the beforehand control of point defects in the process,enhance the software development maturity,in order to improve the quality of development.The research results in Guangdong Yudean wind power company successfully.And the promotion under the Shibeishan,Bohe,Dianbai multiple wind farms.Through this system,we can meet the needs of the wind power company to manage the wind farm,financial,and material,the regional company to co-ordinate the deployment of production materials and maintenance personnel,the wind farm field to achieve the management mode of the few people on duty.To improve the management level of the wind power company and business management,reduce business management,data mining and business analysis,improve the business efficiency and market competitiveness play a supporting role.
