The Design And Implement Of Yinxing Wind Farm Production Management System

Wind power as a kind of clean and renewable energy got a lot of attention of many countries,,in terms of our country,the wind power industry has developed rapidly,with the enterprise scale,the traditional wind farm management mode and the way of work has been difficult to meet the demand for the development of wind power enterprise,how to reduce the production costs,optimizing operation process,improve the utilization rate of wind power equipment,improve the economic benefit is an important problem facing the wind power enterprises.The main purpose of this project is to design and develop a production management system which is suitable for the rapid growth of the company through the analysis of the development status of Inner Mongolia Alxa yinxing Wind Power Co.,Ltd.,and provide reference for the production management of other wind power enterprises.First of all,this paper analyzes the technical requirements of operation management,operation management and workflow management of wind farm in detail,and puts forward the technology of constructing the production management system of Yinxing wind farm based on ASP + ACCESS architecture Program,at the same time using the site investigation method,the literature search method to optimize the production and operation management mode of countermeasures.On this basis,the data flow chart and function structure of the system are drawn in detail.Secondly,it is determined that the system is running on Windows system,B / S mode,which consists of nine functional modules: user management,operation management,maintenance management,ticket management,report management,material management,data management,performance monitoring and information management.Build software framework structure,write all the running code,the correct realization of the design of all functions.The production management system not only to achieve the data storage,but also to achieve the data of the initial analysis,statistics and query functions.Finally,this paper introduces the production management system of the research and development of the paper,which has been put into operation in Inner Mongolia Alxa yinxing Wind Power Co.Ltd.The system integrates standardization,standardization and informationization management into the daily production management process,and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
